Royal Tea is a conceptual purveryor of premium and artisanal organic loose leaf teas that have been ethically and sustainable sourced to create a luxurious tea drinking experience that remains socially responsible. The target audience is the professional woman, late 20's to 50's who wants her lifestyle to convey luxury in a responsible manner and who is willing to spend for things that are well-made, beautiful, and ethical. The challenge was to create a brand that maintained a premium and luxurious look and feel, while still communicating the company's socially responsible ethos.
To achieve this, I wanted to focuse on simple, creative, yet elegant design. Minimal, monolined typography set against monochromatic and distressed illustrations. Tea cannisters printed on an uncoated FSC stock for a more natural feel.
